In short
- I only receive what you tell me yourself: your name, contact details and question – and, for a personal book, your birth data and life events.
- I use this data to reply to you and to do the work we have agreed on.
- I never sell or publish your data or your story, and I never name my clients.
- You can ask me at any time to show, correct or delete your data – just write to me.
1Who is responsible for your data
This policy covers the website of Īśvara Dāsa and all communication that starts from it: the request form, Telegram, email and Zoom.
Data controller: Īśvara Dāsa.
For privacy questions: dukeavadhuta@gmail.com or Telegram @Ishvaradasa.
2What data I receive
From the request form and messages
- your name;
- email, Telegram or phone number;
- your question and the topic you choose.
For a personal book
- date, exact time and place of birth;
- dates and descriptions of events in your life;
- your questions and your answers to my questionnaire;
- the same details about your spouse, children or parents if the book includes chapters about them;
- the recipient’s name, address and phone number for delivery.
For personal sessions
What you tell me about your state and your request. This may include information about your health, so I process it only with your explicit consent.
Technical data
When you open the site, the hosting server and the Google Fonts service receive your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. The site has no advertising cookies or analytics.
Sharing data is voluntary. But without a contact I can’t reply to you, and without an exact birth time I can’t write the book.
3Purposes and legal bases
- replying to your request and arranging an introduction on Zoom – steps taken at your request before an agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- calculating your chart and writing your personal book, or holding a session – performance of our agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- information about your health or emotional state shared for a session – your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR);
- taking payment, printing the book and sending it to you – performance of our agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- keeping payment records – legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);
- keeping the site secure and working – legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
I don’t send marketing messages without your separate consent, and I don’t make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
You share information about family members only if you are entitled to. Information about children is provided by their parents or legal guardians.
4Who receives your data
I don’t sell your data or share it for advertising. Only I work with it, together with the services and people the work cannot be done without:
- Telegram, an email service and Zoom – for messages and meetings;
- banks and payment services – for payment; I never receive your card details;
- a print house – receives the book layout in order to print it;
- a postal or courier service – receives the name, address and phone number for delivery;
- a professional supervisor – only session material without your name or anything that could identify you.
Some of these providers are located outside your country, including in the United States. Where the GDPR applies, such transfers rely on the providers’ safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Data is disclosed to public authorities only where the law requires it.
5How data is stored and protected
I calculate charts in my own software on my own computer, without uploading your data to cloud services. Messages are stored in the services we use to communicate.
Access to data is password-protected, and only I work with it. I don’t publish clients’ stories or name my clients.
I give you the recording of a hypnotherapy session. Other meetings are recorded only with your consent.
6How long data is kept
- a request that did not lead to work together – 12 months after the last message;
- data for a book or sessions – while the work continues and 3 years afterwards, so that I can answer your questions about the book;
- the electronic layout of a book – kept by me, including to check that new books are unique; it is never shared with third parties;
- payment records – as long as the law requires.
At your request I will delete your data sooner, including the book layout, unless the law requires me to keep it.
7Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- access your data and find out how it is used;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to the processing of your data;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time – this does not affect processing carried out before;
- lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
To exercise your rights, write to dukeavadhuta@gmail.com or message @Ishvaradasa on Telegram. I reply within one month at the latest.
8Cookies
The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store only a display setting for the page. It stays on your device and is not sent to me.
9Children
My services are intended for adults. Information about children for a personal book is provided by their parents or legal guardians.
